The partners who would do the work are the ones who reply
Start with what is already running. A PCI DSS audit or an ISO 27001 readiness push gets a reply asking what evidence you already hold and who owns the remediation.
Email hello@enclave.maxdcloudops.us. On anything technical the reply comes from one of the two engineers rather than a coordinator — usually within one business day.
On price: we scope and price per engagement against a written scope, never per hour, because pricing by the hour rewards slower work rather than better work. A posture assessment is a fixed fee. The number is in the proposal before anything starts. More of this is answered on the FAQ.
